BECOME A PARTNER FOR WOCOMOCO 2016

General information for sponsors or supporters:

The congress is aimed at interested private individuals and ‘professionals’ in the field of ‘innovative mobility’ with a special focus on collaborative mobility (‘shared mobility services’) and wants to become the international standard platform for web-based, shared mobility services. 


The congress features speeches and presentations from industry leaders and R & D institutions as well as the public sector. Next to the congress hall our partners have the opportunity to set up sales & presentation booths to boost awareness of their entreprise.


Next to the official programme the participants will have sufficient time for networking.
Participation of key figures and leading actors from private and public sectors creates added value for our sponsors. Rising brand awareness and new business opportunities and cooperations are just some of the possibilities that come from partnering with wocomoco.

Executive partner (30'000 - 40'000 CHF)

Our executive partners form an integral part of wocomoco and benefit from:

  • Guaranteed industry exclusivity
  • Stage presence in front of the whole congress audience (the form and length need to be discussed)
  • Active involvement in the development of the topics and the programme of the congress
  • Logo (bigger than supporting partner’s logos) on all event-related print-media (programme, press release and documentation)¹
  • Possibility to set up a booth / exhibit in vicinity of the main auditorium (max. area 10m²)
  • Welcome of the participants at the conference dinner or dinner reception
  • Placement of a company profile (max. 500 characters + Logo) in the conference binder²
  • Mini-website with the company profile and logo on the congress-website
  • Eight free tickets to the event

supporting partner (10'000 - 20'000 CHF)

Our supporting partners provide important support for our success and benefit from:

  • Stage presence in front of the whole congress audience (the form and length need to be discussed)
  • Logo (bigger than supporting partner’s logos) on all event-related print-media (programme, press release and documentation)¹
  • Possibility to set up a booth / exhibit in vicinity of the main auditorium (max. area 6m²)
  • Placement of a company profile (max. 500 characters + Logo) in the conference binder²
  • Mini-website with the company profile and logo on the congress-website
  • Five free tickets to the event

junior partner (< 5'000 CHF)

We negotiate the details individually with our junior partners. The basic package includes:

  • Stage presence (the form and length need to be discussed)
  • Logo with link on the congress website¹
  • Flyer / print publication can be displayed in the vicinity of the main auditorium

media partner

Our media partners support the communication of wocomoco and are dedicated print media or web-portals. The package is negotiated individually, but includes:

  • Logo with link on the congress website¹

Flyer / print publication can be displayed in the vicinity of the main auditorium

In addition to the negotiated financial contribution, the media partners agree to:

  • Actively advertise «wocomoco» at minimum two opportunities prior to the event
  • Display the logo and a link to the wocomoco website on their company website
